Wanted to try something different for evening dinner and was recommended this place. We did not check the menu and just walked in. Very clean and nice ambiance. Looked at the menu after seated. After looking for a while, we were undecided about vegetarian options. Our waitress was so pleasant and so helpful to choose a vegetarian dish. For myself I ordered Chicken Souvlaki which tasted fresh, seasoned adequately. I ordered boiled vegetables as a side expecting various vegetables boiled and seasoned, instead it was dandelion greens. Our pleasant waitress confirmed that that is what is considered boiled vegetables and it will be delicious with drizzled olive and lemon juice and which is what I did and sure was good. Was certainly different experience for our palette and our waitress made it all beautiful.

Delicious food and generous portions! We ordered the fried fish, sea bass, octopus, grilled veggies, mixed meat place, chicken souvlaki. All the dishes came with sides which were also delicious. We finished everything completely! Ernest, our server, was so sweet and hospitable. We had a wonderful dining experience. Highly recommend!

If you haven’t been here, what are you waiting for? The food was incredible as was the service. We shared 4 dishes, tzatziki, halloumi, octopus 🐙, and rooster. Was a fun way to explore the diversity of the menu. The owner recommended a delicious dessert and, of course, we added Greek coffee. Perfect way to end our meal. They were excellent about handling the nut allergy in our party. Perhaps more attentive than we have ever experienced. Cannot say enough good things about this restaurant. Looking forward to coming again when I’m next in NYC. PS we dug into the octopus before the photo! Portions were generous.

Delicious! Everything we ordered was cooked and grilled to perfection!! The Jumbo tiger prawns and lamb chops were my favorite. Seafood was so fresh and Ernest took great care of us! If you’re in Astoria definitely hit this place up

beautiful service & people! Jeannie is attentive and has the best recs on what to pair together. The food was delicious, flavorful and authentic. You feel like you’re at your grandmothers house eating dinner. So so friendly and kind!!
